Terms of Service

Last updated July 31, 2026.

What GetMeOnIt is

GetMeOnIt is operated by Erik Hughes Web Development, LLC. It helps band leaders build a musician roster, schedule events, and collect availability responses. Musicians and other roster contacts don't need their own account; they respond via emailed links. By creating an account or using GetMeOnIt, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities as a band leader

  • You're responsible for having an existing relationship with any musician or contact you add to your roster; GetMeOnIt is a tool for coordinating with people you already work with, not a way to contact people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
  • You understand that GetMeOnIt sends emails to the contacts you add, on your behalf, as part of the scheduling features you use.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the roster and event information you enter.
  • You won't use GetMeOnIt to send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or content unrelated to coordinating with your own roster.

Accounts and data

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You can export or delete your account data at any time from Settings; see our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how deletion works.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings → Billing.

Disclaimer of warranties

GetMeOnIt is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduling emails will always be delivered or responded to in time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erik Hughes Web Development, LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of GetMeOnIt, including missed rehearsals, gigs, or bookings. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you're on the free plan.

Termination

You can stop using GetMeOnIt and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, for example, by using the roster-contact features to spam people who haven't agreed to hear from the account holder. If we terminate your account for a reason other than a Terms violation, we'll give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data first.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of- laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of GetMeOnIt will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that venue.
