GetMeOnIt is operated by Erik Hughes Web Development, LLC, 213 North Glendale Ave. #1247, Glendale, CA 91206. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have, for band leaders and the musicians and other contacts they work with.
Band leader account data: your name, email address, and password when you create a GetMeOnIt account, plus subscription/billing status if you upgrade to Pro.
Roster and event data you create: ensembles, roster contacts (name, email, phone number), events, scheduling responses, and message threads related to your events. Roster contacts are added to GetMeOnIt by band leaders, not by GetMeOnIt directly: see “Musicians and other roster contacts” below.
To run the product: authenticate your account, let you build a roster and schedule events, send availability requests and status emails on your behalf, and (if you use AI-assisted features) parse natural-language input into structured event or roster data.
Musicians and other roster contacts don't create their own GetMeOnIt accounts and don't see this privacy policy at signup; their name, email, and phone number are added to the platform by the band leader they work with, who is responsible for having an existing relationship with them before adding them. Musicians receive emails on the band leader's behalf, and every such email discloses that they're receiving it because a specific band leader added them to their roster.
We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run the product, each processing data only to provide their specific service to us:
As a matter of good practice (not because California's CCPA/CPRA revenue and data-volume thresholds currently apply to a business our size), we offer the same kinds of controls that law gives consumers at larger companies:
If you're a musician or other roster contact and want your information removed, or you have any other question about your data, email privacy@getmeonit.com. We aim to respond well within 30 days. We'll revisit this section if GetMeOnIt's size or practices change in a way that brings full CCPA/CPRA notice obligations into effect.
GetMeOnIt uses a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We plan to add Plausible Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool that doesn't collect personal information and only reports aggregate, anonymized traffic statistics (e.g. page views, referrers). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we'll update this section if that changes.
